Do I need to install an app?
No. Everything happens on WhatsApp. You send messages, voice notes and photos as you already do.
What if the AI gets it wrong?
Leonor doesn’t decide anything sensitive on her own. Payments, purchases and orders to the team need your confirmation. If something is unclear, she asks. And every correction is logged with its history.
Is my data safe?
Each business has its data kept separate. Before using real data, we agree with you the rules on access, export and what happens if you decide to leave.
Can I sign up for all five modules?
In the Founders Programme we start with one module, the one that makes the biggest difference for you. Once it’s working well, we look at the next ones together.
Is there a minimum term or a cancellation fee?
No. There’s no minimum term and no compulsory notice period. You can cancel whenever you like.
What happens after 6 months?
The founder price applies for the first 6 months. Before any change, we present the new price and you only continue if you agree.
Does Leonor replace an employee?
That’s not the idea. She takes the repetitive work of noting, searching and remembering off your plate, so you and your team can focus on the job.
